Extra Crispy Fried Chicken

This is very easy to make. Mix one egg with about half cup of milk. Beat and stir into a mixture.

Mix flour with small amount of salt, pepper, pabrika and cinamon powder. Flour should remain mainly as white powder.

Take chicken leg, wash and left dry. Then coat chicken leg in flour, then on egg/milk mixture, then the flour again. ( I was told doing this double coating make the chicken skin more crispy ). Leave it freezer overnight.

Set Deep Fryer to 170DegC. Remove chicken leg from fridge and fry for about 20 mins. Skin should turn crispy and golden brown. Remove and serve.

Tips :
1) To save time, you can buy one of those pre-mixed frying powder in supermarket
2) Use only new oil for best results.

My dinner, yummy. It came straight from the freezer. I love Indian food and this is my favorite dish. All I added was fresh lemon juice and loads of onions and that makes it homemade (smiles). This is the best :)
